They are a technology that has been researched for almost 170 years. They focus on using sound waves and varying frequencies to positively affect consciousness.
Most people using meditation, relaxation, or personal development CD’s or MP3’s haven’t had significant results. This is because most have not used the Binaural Beats technology. The significance is that brainwave entrainment guarantees you will experience a "shift in consciousness" you can begin to feel the effects within minutes.
This safely tunes your brainwave frequencies to the optimum state for relaxation, meditation, personal development, self hypnosis, chakra tuning and much more.
How Do Binaural Beats Work?
They work by playing two separate frequencies into each ear. For example, if you wanted to tune into a deep meditation frequency which is between 4-7 Hz, you could play a 200 Hz in one ear and a 205 in the other ear. This would create an internal frequency of exactly 5 Hz, which will tune you into a theta frequency.
The Physical Affects of Binaural Beats.
Within minutes of listening you can expect:
Within minutes of listening you can expect:
- Total relaxation of the body
- Release of Anxiety, Tension, and Stress
- Separation of the conscious and subconscious mind
- A feeling of Sedation
- Vivid visualizations, colors, and patterns
Brainwave entrainment using the trusted company below is completely safe. Throughout every day we touch upon these frequencies. Notice how your brain and body feel different as you fall asleep, relax in the shower, day dream, or after exercise. These are some of the times your brain frequency changes.
One word of caution: Due to the deeply relaxing effect of these MP3's, you should not drive or operate heavy machinery while listening to them.
Lincoln Didn't Quit
ReplyDeleteProbably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. If you want to learn about somebody who didn't quit, look no further.
Born into poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown.
He could have quit many times - but he didn't and because he didn't quit, he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of our country.
Lincoln was a champion and he never gave up. Here is a sketch of Lincoln's road to the White House:
1816 His family was forced out of their home. He had to work to support
them.
1818 His mother died.
1831 Failed in business.
1832 Ran for state legislature - lost.
1832 Also lost his job - wanted to go to law school but couldn't get in.
1833 Borrowed some money from a friend to begin a business and by the
end of the year he was bankrupt. He spent the next 17 years of his
life paying off this debt.
1834 Ran for state legislature again - won.
1835 Was engaged to be married, sweetheart died and his heart was
broken.
1836 Had a total nervous breakdown and was in bed for six months.
1838 Sought to become speaker of the state legislature - defeated.
1840 Sought to become elector - defeated.
1843 Ran for Congress - lost.
1846 Ran for Congress again - this time he won - went to Washington and
did a good job.
1848 Ran for re-election to Congress - lost.
1849 Sought the job of land officer in his home state - rejected.
1854 Ran for Senate of the United States - lost.
1856 Sought the Vice-Presidential nomination at his party's national
convention - got less than 100 votes.
1858 Ran for U.S. Senate again - again he lost.
1860 Elected president of the United States.
But I Am Present
ReplyDeleteThis poem is from the book: I Am Neither A Sacrilege Or A Privilege. I May Not Be Competent or Excellent, But I Am Present.
By -Michelle
My happiness is me, not you.
Not only because you may be temporary,
But also because you want me to be what I am not.
I cannot be happy when I change
Merely to satisfy your selfishness.
Nor can I feel content when you criticise me
for not thinking your thoughts,
Or for seeing like you do.
You call me a rebel.
And yet each time I have rejected your beliefs
You have rebelled against mine.
I do not try to mold your mind.
I know you are trying hard enough to be just you.
And I cannot allow you to tell me what to be-
for I am concentrating on being me.
You said that I was transparent
And easily forgotten.
But why then did you try to use my lifetime,
To prove to yourself who you are?
